It is very important to us that your pet receives
the best care while they are with us.
To ensure this, we encourage you to give us as much detail as possible about your pet and the particular style that you prefer.
If you are not sure as to what style you might want, our receptionists can answer any questions and offer explanations as to different hair styles. We also provide pictures of most breeds and different styles, so that you may better obtain an idea of what you most prefer.
When you visit, be sure to give us as much medical information about your baby as possible, fear issues your pet may have, food and/or skin allergies, and, most importantly, your pet’s particular preference for extra cuddling and pampering!
Please let our receptionist know at the time you make your appointment and we will make every attempt to accommodate early pick-up times or late drop-offs.
However, most of our spa treatments will require a
minimum of four hours, depending on the type of spa
treatment and the breed of dog. For instance, all of our longer haired or thick-coated guests will take longer than our short or flat coated guests. 
For an additional fee, our pet stylist can have your pet’s hair cut and styled within three hours, as long as they are in good condition. We are limited as to how many babies we can have out early each day, so please be aware that these requests are on a first come first serve basis.
